I don’t know about you, but my skin always gets superrr dry in the Fall/Winter season. I’m always on the hunt for great products that are hydrating for my skin and help keep it ‘plump’ during colder weather, especially with all the travel I’ve been doing lately. It’s so hard to keep up with your skin while you’re on the go. It’s amazing how drying the season change can be, and don’t even get me started on air travel. I had seen other bloggers talking about Olay Mists and thought they were worth a shot so I was thrilled when Olay asked me to try them! The Olay Mists are essence facial sprays that are meant to hydrate skin to promote elasticity and energize skin. When my skin feels dry or tired, I just spritz my face for an extra boost of hydration. One spray boosts my skin’s hydration by over 60%! It’s pretty amazing.

The Olay Mist’s special formula has Vitamin C, Bergamot, Aloe Vera, Chamomile and Vitamin B3 mists that are the ‘special sauce’ in rejuvenating your skin. I’ve used these mists throughout the month of October and throughout all my recent fall travels, and they really do make a difference in how my skin looks and feels to combat cooler temperatures. I keep a bottle in my purse (so convenient!) and my makeup bag to use throughout the day. They’re great for setting makeup right after application, as well as for occasional spritz throughout the day as needed. Even when you are using a proper moisturizer day and night, your skin constantly loses moisture throughout the day. No matter what. So you need to be hydrating during the day too and Olay mist goes perfectly over your makeup so light and airy!

Also – wanted to mention that these mists are now available at Target, so they’re super convenient to get your hands on. They come in two different formulas depending on what your skin needs. I’ve tried both the energizing and calming mists, and think they smell amazinggg. I use the energizing in the morning and throughout the day, and the calming is great for nighttime. I personally think the energizing is best for brightening dull complexions and giving you a mid-day pick-me-up like you may have just taken a great nap and are ready to take on the afternoon!  I use the calming formula at night for soothing my skin overnight to prep for the next day.
