Embroidered Romper // Brown Saddle Bag (affordable dupe HERE) // Brown Strappy Sandals (worn all through France and so comfortable, currently 40% off!) // Monogram Necklace // Floral Earrings // Bracelet 1, Bracelet 2 // Watch with this Band (affordable dupe under $25!) // Lipstick in Ruby Woo
I wore this embroidered romper during our wine tour in Chateauneuf de Pape. It was a perfect choice in the thick Summer heat because it was extremely light weight and breathable. I was shocked to see that you couldn’t see the sweat pouring down the side of my face in these photos. Oh, or the bugs attacking me from every angle within the rows of the vines. 🙂 I wore these strappy brown sandals throughout our entire trip, and they were perfect for all the walking we did. They’re also very stylish which is always a positive in my book. They’re currently 40% off right now (making them under $75!), so get them while they last!
This town in Provence was absolutely stunning with the rolling hills of vineyards and 100s (literally) of winery chateaus that lined the area. It is a perfect day trip from any area of Provence (especially Avignon and Saint-Remy where we stayed). Our wine tour was with a company called Wine Prestige Tours, and the guide, Pierre, was extremely knowledgeable. He was a 4th generation winemaker and a local of the area.
Chateauneuf de Pape is a part of the Cotes Du Rhone region, which is one of the famous areas of France known for its wine. More specifically they’re known for their Grenache and Syrah red wines. You’ve probably had a GSM blend (Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre) in the United States, and that was the type of wine we tasted most often – it was delicious! The other two famous wine regions you’ve probably heard of are Burgundy and Bordeaux. If you visit Provence, a wine tour is a must – and I couldn’t recommend the company was used more! I’ll include more details in my France travel post coming soon to the blog!
